Here at Buena Obra Events Coordination, we consider your party needs and requirements. We offer you the following packages that will suit your needs:

Package 1: On-The Day (OTD) Coordination (rates available upon request)
          This includes 4 coordinators, service vehicle for the Buena Obra team, styled registration table, 1 round of RSVP service/text reminder to your guests, confetti poppers, and a special gift to the newly weds.

Package 2:  On-The Day (OTD) Coordination with Host, Videographer and Photographers (rates available upon request)
          This includes all the services provided for in Package 1 plus hosting services, videographers and photographers who will cover your big day starting from the preps down to the wrap-up activities.

Package 3: On-The Day (OTD) Coordination with Host, Videographer and Photographers, Events Styling and Catering Services for 100 pax (rates available upon request)
          This includes all the services provided for in Package 2 plus events styling to make sure that your design concepts, motifs and themes are cohesive; and catering services which include (but not limited to) food and beverage for 100 pax, tables and chairs, table setting.

Package 4: Partial Coordination (rates available upon request)
          This means that 50% of the party planning will be done by our Team.

Package 5: Full Coordination (rates available upon request)
          This means that 100 % of the event preparation will be done by our Team.
